Asset Planning Corporation (APC) is a personal financial planning and portfolio management service. It’s an independent firm serving Tennessee since 1975. Their mission is to enrich the lives of those they work for by providing extraordinary service in an encouraging environment. APC is a registered investment advisor.
When APC commissioned Hornsby Brand Design, they were in desperate need of a complete brand overhaul. This wealth management firm was losing market share, the brand was inconsistent, and it appeared disjointed and out-dated.

We implemented a complete and comprehensive spectrum of branding services that included a new corporate identity, a design audit, client and customer surveys, marketing plan, photography, collateral, print and e-newsletters, website development and management, advertising, direct mail, specialty cards, marketing, PR, copywriting, indoor and outdoor signage, and special events creation and coordination.
All branding for APC revolves around the idea and concept of the “pie logo”, the tagline (“A piece of life for your peace of mind”), and the P.I.E. positioning statement “Planning + Investment = Enriched Life”. Our goal was to make “their recipe for success” simple and down to earth with an historic feel.
